The venue is still under wraps. Presale opens Tuesday, Oct 27, after a poster campaign with QR codes during ADE.
Marlon Hoffstadt will headline an Amsterdam open air on Saturday, June 5, 2027. He calls it his “biggest headline show ever” in the city in an Instagram post. It will also be his only Amsterdam headline date of 2027, DJ Mag reports. No venue is named yet.
Amsterdam open air: tickets and dates
Presale opens on Tuesday, Oct 27, at 12:00 PM CET, which is 7:00 AM EDT. General sale follows on Wednesday, Oct 28, also at 12:00 PM CET (7:00 AM EDT), according to Hoffstadt’s post and DJ Mag. Fans can sign up for presale through the official presale page.
In the post, Hoffstadt describes the night as a “proper open air rave.” He adds that it is his “only headline show in Amsterdam next year.”
What we don’t know yet
Hoffstadt is the only name on the bill so far. Several details are still open:
- Venue: not named
- Support acts: none named
- Ticket prices: not published
- Set times and age limit: not published
The venue matters most. Its location will shape travel plans for fans coming from outside the Netherlands.
How the show was announced
Hoffstadt announced the Amsterdam open air after a street campaign during Amsterdam Dance Event. Neon posters went up around the city with lines like “Daddy’s in the Dam house” and “Amsterdam’s favourite daddy,” DJ Mag reports. Each poster carried a QR code that signed fans up for presale. Fans who missed the posters can still register through the presale page linked above.
Hoffstadt also appears in our ADE 2026 club night listings.
From club bookings to his own open air
A single-artist open air is a step up from club and festival slots. It puts the full show on one name, much like a concert tour stop. Using ADE week to launch it also made sense. The city was full of fans and industry, and the posters reached them where they already were. The show itself lands in early summer, months after ADE, which gives fans a reason to come back to the city.
We will add the Amsterdam open air to our events calendar. We will update this story when organizers name the venue and support acts and publish ticket prices.
