The brand’s first Los Angeles event has Richie Hawtin, Ben Klock, Loco Dice and a Helena Hauff back-to-back with Juliana Huxtable.
Time Warp Los Angeles arrives at ACE*Mission on Friday, Nov 27, and Saturday, Nov 28. It is the first time the German techno brand has held an event in the city. According to the official Time Warp page, the weekend opens up “never-before-used warehouses”. It runs from 2 PM to 2 AM on both days, and entry is 21 and over.
The Time Warp Los Angeles line-up
Insomniac’s press release promises more than 30 house and techno artists across two days and three stages. It also announced the U.S. debut of Blawan b2b Elli Acula and the world debut of Gerd Janson b2b Julya Karma. At first, the release billed the Juliana Huxtable set as “TBA B2B JULIANA HUXTABLE”. Since then, the official Time Warp page has named Helena Hauff as the partner, so that pairing is confirmed.
The official Time Warp page splits the line-up by day. It lists each day in alphabetical order, so the order does not show billing. Friday includes Loco Dice, The Martinez Brothers, Tiga, HAAi and Helena Hauff b2b Juliana Huxtable. Saturday includes Richie Hawtin, Ben Klock, Rødhåd, Dennis Ferrer b2b Skream and Blawan b2b Elli Acula. The full list for each day follows.
